Course Overview
Week 1 - Introduction to the Meditation Course “Master Your Energy”
Introduction on the breakdown of the course. Overview of the entire program. Here you will learn the benefits of doing the program and what you will get out of it.
Week 2 - Preparing to Meditate
Learn to how to prepare your space, clear your home, and get centered into your body, and scan your body as a free offering to the program.
Week 3 - Meditation on the Breath
Learn to slow down, focus on your breath and use your breath as a focus for balance, calm and ease
Week 4 - Belly Breathing
Learn how to ground more deeply into your body, teaching you how to accept and love your body opening you up to profound love and bliss. This allows you to be more OK with who you are, opening up your sexual and creative energy.
Week 5 - Third Eye Meditation
Learn how to be present, let go of distraction and open up your intuition and let go of physical pain and clear your energy. This allows you to focus on life’s tasks and to take action with more ease.
Week 6 - Heart Meditation
Heart meditation is a practice of self-love, where you take the belly-breathing pracice and bringing it up to your heart, which begins the process of releasing stress and trauma in your body and turning it into love.

Week 7 - Intro to Chakra Meditation
You learn the beginnings of clearing all the energy centers in your entire body, and how we hold and trap emotions in our energy system. By the end of this session you will be balanced, grounded and filled with peace and bliss and be able to manifest whatever you imagine.
Week 8 - Energy Body Meditation
This cleanses and clears the energy all around your body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. It’s a chance to clear off stagnant and stress energy that has been compact from years of being a human. By the end you will feel like your wings have opened and you’ll be free to be who you are and step into your sacred body.
Week 9 - Intro to Kundalini & Tantra Meditation
You will begin to access and harness your sexual energy and use it to feel ignited and blissful whether you’re in a sexual relationship or not. This is an opportunity to remove any sexual and emotional trauma trapped in your body and be at peace with it.
Weeks 10 & 11 - Integration
This is an opportunity to practice each of the practices, ask questions, share what’s come up, what emotions and challenges have come up during the class. t’s an opportunity to get support in any of the specific areas, and how to apply what they’ve learned to anything they’re dealing with.
