Breathwork
There is a power in breathing that no thinking or talking can match. Breathing into healing heightens ones capacity for healing the mind, the heart and the spirit in a way that uplifts you, renews you, and cleanses you. The description of writing on this subject is hard to understand without experiencing first hand what the effects of intense breathing can offer. Breathing is not the only form of healing the mind and heart that I offer, however, it is one I practice most, and share most out of anything else in my work. The breath creates miracles, and because intentional breathing that is controlled, focused, and disciplined in a specific pattern is still uncommon in our culture, it is still considered rare, unheard of and its benefits are unknown. However, the breath is as a natural as a baby resting in its mothers belly, but intentional breathing to release blocks in the mind and body is a miraculous transformational tool that harnesses our deepest powers and gives us access to the pure innocence in our hearts.

Asttarte has created her own style of a Massage and integrates a balance of what someone needs physically and where they are energetically, emotionally and vibrationally. Reiki & Healing Sessions
Experience a hands on or remote reiki session to completely purify your energy, open up to your passion, sexuality, heal you, nurture you, and relax you at the deepest parts of yourself.
Does your energy feel cloudy? Are you feeling stressed, sadness or in pain? Energy Healing can help clear the energy that is in the way to experiencing joy, peace and bliss.
This is a great practice to receive to heal anxiety and stress, to heal deep emotional and physical symptoms, and to relax deep into the body. It will allow you to have deeper sleep, to calm your mind, and ease your stress.
Reiki will help you feel connected, protected and wrapped in the arms of the Divine Mother. You may feel held by the Divine Mother that feels safe and connected to your heart.
Sessions also available on the phone through remote healing. The purpose is to clear blocks to experience peace, bliss, love, spiritual connection, joy and pleasure in the body!
Chakra Energy Healing
What a Chakra Healing can offer you is to see greater awareness of the energies that are at work around your body. We may use a pendulum. The pendulum can locate areas that need cleansing, or create a deeper balance so that all chakras will balance as a whole to support your entire system, energetically, emotionally and physically. When we complete a Chakra Balancing Session all chakras will be spinning in the proper direction and you will get to see the energies do their magic as the pendulum takes as long as it takes to balance out each chakras energies. You will complete feeling more grounded, balanced and supported and when you leave the Session you may gain greater insight into yourself and know that your body is now flowing in the direction it is meant to in order to support you in your life.

You may have spiritual contracts, agreements or vows made with others in this lifetime or others that are holding you back and keeping you stuck. Let's travel together to see what is needed to heal and unravel into the spirit and bring you fully back to yourself. CORD CUTTING

Quantum Intuitive Healing

It's a process where I can see the energy that's blocked on the body, and then I hone in to that place and we travel together to unravel the weight, block or denseness in that area and then we remove it. Then after it has been removed anything your spirit and body is open to is able to receive. It's very gentle, powerful, intense and magical!
