Belly Massage for Emotional Purging is a sort of Shamanic Massage Asttarte created with her late husband, together during their training in Shamanic Healing work. After 20 years of offering massage, Asttarte is offering something new. We will start out with a normal relaxing practice of your choosing, meditation or gentle breathing, gentle Reiki, and then work our way to your heart center, and then your stomach where we will spend most of our time. Your first session in Belly Massage, you might not access any emotions as we need to first unravel the layers or armoring and protection in your energy field and psyche, but after a couple sessions, the letting go of old feelings, traumas, grief or inner child work may start too surface. We will discover together the pace, momentum and pressure, and this session will be catered to fit your exact needs. We will never goo faster than you are ready, but if you are ready to let go of some old emotional toxins, this practice is perfect for you.
