Using deeper, guided breathing, we allow the body to gently access and move emotional energy such as grief, sadness, anger, or pressure.

3. Trauma-Aware Breathwork (Slow & Safe)

This is a highly attuned, slower-paced session designed for those with trauma history, sensitivity, or fear of intensity.


We prioritize safety, choice, and nervous system pacing—never pushing the body beyond what it’s ready for.
